It is recommended a 5-day advance. For weekends do notify as soon as you have a date to confirm that we have availability.

We encourage you to schedule a cleaning as soon as you are ready! We cannot guarantee availability for same day service however, we will do our best to accommodate to you. 

It is recommended initially so you can grant access to property, to pinpoint the areas you want targeted and to do the final walk through when service is complete. When not present lockbox, keycode, or hidden key location should be discussed. 

Our pricing is based on the size of your home and the desired level of service. We do offer free estimates. A walk through is highly recommended to best meets your needs.

All cleaning supplies and equipment is provided by us. Almost all of our products are eco-friendly and either unscented or low-scented. If you would like to provide your own cleaning equipment or any special cleaning supplies, just let us know.

Yes! We love fur babies and are 100% pet-friendly, however we kindly ask you to secure your pet to ensure the safety of both, your pet and our staff.
